Acknowledgements

Publication acknowledgment guidelines for MSP Facility.

Grant Support Requirements

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) and National Science Foundation (NSF) require proper acknowledgment of grant support when using the CCIC Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics (MSP) Facility resources.

These citations are critically important performance metrics when reporting our annual accomplishments and research productivity to funding agencies. Proper acknowledgment directly impacts our continued funding and the future success of the MSP Facility.

Required Acknowledgments

Any research project that received support from our facility—including data analysis, consultation, method development, or manuscript preparation assistance—must include the following acknowledgments in all current and future publications:

Required in ALL Manuscripts

  • "We acknowledge resources from the Campus Chemical Instrumentation Center Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics Facility and the OSU Comprehensive Cancer Center (OSUCCC) Proteomics Shared Resource (PSR), The Ohio State University. This facility is supported in part by funding from OSU's Enterprise for Research, Innovation and Knowledge and NCI grant P30 CA016058"
