NMR spectroscopy

• 1H, 13C, 15N, 31P and other heteronuclear NMR
• One dimensional (1D) and multidimensional (2D, 3D etc.) NMR spectroscopy
• NMR of organic small molecules, natural products, proteins, DNA, RNA and other macromolecules
• Sample characterization (stability, solubility, aggregation, folding etc.), kinetics study, binding assay development, drug screening, lead optimization, structure determination and dynamic study
•  Education and hands on training operating NMR instruments
• Assist in experiment setup, and data processing, analysis and interpretation

Sample preparation

• Provide support for large scale stably labeled protein expression, purification and optimization for structural studies
• Protein buffer optimization
